BSS is 25% P.D.I. owned and is classed as a Level 4 Contributor.

Since 2000 our Employment Equity Status has met the demographic make-up of the Western Cape, with 100% of our Cleaners and Middle Management and 85% of Senior Management falling into the P.D.I. category.
