Quality & Standards Control

A senior member of management with extensive Hospital Cleaning and Housekeeping experience is employed as our Quality and Standards Manager solely to visit each Contract on a regular basis, undertake inspections and correct any shortfalls in the quality of service and cleaning standards with the Cleaning Staff.

BSS was established in December 1994, embodying all the best service systems and techniques that are implemented, not only in South Africa but throughout the world, striving to perfect systems where there is a need and maintaining a balance between top-quality service at competitive rates.
